Online Group Class Schedule
Tuesdays & Thursdays 7am
30 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) class that will help you burn fat, build muscle and improve stamina.
Wednesdays 7am, Saturdays 9am
A 30 minute class focusing on helping you build strength in your core and pelvic floor. This class will help you improve your mind-body connection, posture and strength.
Please note that group sessions are not suitable for anyone with Diastasis Recti or Pelvic Floor Disfunction.

Live classes happen over Zoom and the recordings are available for you to do the class in your own time.
